We follow a few real jobs through the business with you, like a new booking or a quote, and note every tool and spreadsheet they pass through. Then we write you a plan with a price.
While we build
We build it in stages. As soon as a part works you get it on a test copy, and your team tries it before anything goes live.
After we launch
We move your data across, switch it on and train the people who'll use it. Then it's yours to run, or we keep looking after it for a monthly fee.
The AI asks before anything important
You decide what it's allowed to do alone. Answering a question about opening times is usually fine; a refund isn't, so it asks first. Everything it does goes in a log you can read.
